MEET THE MASTER

Where it began.

Three frames of a 15-year journey.

Where it began

A childhood in Punjab, learning Tabla at my grandfather's knee. The first compositions I memorized were shabads from the Guru Granth Sahib.

The years of practice

Decades of study under classical masters, performing across North America and India, learning that mastery is repetition married to devotion.

What I pass on

Today I teach students across four continents — beginners finding their first beat, advanced players returning to the source of the tradition.
